Supply Chain Management Policy
Biz. Partner Code of Conduct

SK ecoengineering has established a "Biz. Partner Code of Conduct" to prevent potential risks within the supply chain and support the sustainable management of our Biz. Partners.
This Code of Conduct is based on global guidelines such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We provide detailed criteria in areas such as human rights, labor, safety, health, environment, corporate ethics, and legal sourcing of raw materials, aiming to help our Biz. Partners build a framework for sustainable management.
Since 2022, SK ecoengineering has implemented the "Biz. Partner Code of Conduct Agreement System" during the registration process to encourage active participation from Biz. Partners.

Restriction on the Use of Conflict Minerals

SK ecoengineering stipulates a "Do not use conflict materials" in the Biz. Partner’s Code of Conduct to prevent the use of unethically sourced raw materials. Biz. Partners are required to comply with this Code of Conduct by establishing policies, building systems, and conducting due diligence throughout the mineral procurement process.

Supply Chain ESG Evaluation and Improvement

In collaboration with SK ecoplant, SK ecoengineering operates the Biz. Partner ESG Improvement Support Program to enhance the ESG management capabilities of our Biz. Partners. To encourage active participation in "Biz. Partner ESG Improvement Support Program," SK ecoengineering covers evaluation costs and offers incentives based on ESG rating results for our Biz. Partners.
The ESG evaluation is conducted for core and newly registered Biz. Partners. Those with insufficient ESG management levels must implement corrective measures, with their improvement progress monitored annually. Even after the evaluation, SK ecoengineering continues to track the implementation of corrective actions for each partner. Through the Value-Up Program, we support Biz. Partners in enhancing ESG policies, organizational structures, and training programs.

Supply Chain ESG Evaluation Results and Improvement Status

SK ecoengineering, in collaboration with SK ecoplant, recommends conducting an annual ESG evaluation for core Biz. Partners, with a principle of managing improvement progress for core Biz. Partners each year.

In 2024, ESG evaluations were conducted for 230 Biz. Partners based on evaluation criteria across environmental, social, and governance areas, identifying 35 Biz. Partners as high-priority for focused management.

Through the Value-up Program, SK ecoengineering supports improvements in ESG policies, organizational structures, and training operations. Specifically, we share ESG updates through the quarterly newsletter "Eco ESG Bridge." Additionally, we provide online briefings for Biz. Partners, one-point coaching on weak areas, and on-site guidance. To ensure continuous support, an "ESG Help Desk" is also in operation.
