Ethical Management Policy

SK Ecoengineering's ethical management system is built on three key elements: Code, Compliance, and Consensus. Based on these elements, we have established ethical regulations and practical guidelines for ethical management. The ethical regulations extend across the entire value chain, outlining our responsibilities and commitments to employees, customers, Biz. Partners, shareholders, and society. Additionally, workplace harassment prevention surveys will be conducted regularly, and ethics and anti-corruption training, as well as whistleblower protection measures, will be reinforced to solidify the foundation of ethical management and enhance trust among employees.

Ethical Management Activities Internal Audits

SK Ecoengineering conducts internal audits on ongoing projects and headquarters to assess compliance with work procedures, relevant laws, and individual ethical conduct. For violations identified through internal audit, we immediately take corrective action or establish improvement plans with the relevant departments to prevent recurrence.

Ethical Counseling and Whistleblowing Channel

SK ecoengineering is operating the counseling and reporting channels for ethical management that can be used by all stakeholders, including employees, business partners, and customers. Reports can be made either anonymously or with identification. To protect whistleblowers, SK Ecoengineering has established regulations specifying responsible protection entities and protection measures, including identity assurance, confidentiality, personal safety, and protection from discrimination. By applying stricter disciplinary standards to behavior that penalizes whistleblowers or exposes whistleblowers to others, we strive to create an environment where everyone feels safe to speak up.
